Class Schedule
All the hard training, hard hitting skills, and real Muay Thai movements from our regular Muay Thai class without any of the contact. If you simply want to work towards achieving the fitness of a world class fighter without the bloody noses and bruises then this is the class for you.
Push yourself to the limits learning all the skills it takes to be fighter and practice combinations, kicks, punches, and more on heavy bags, focus mitts, and Thai pads. Conditioning drills and other fitness exercises round out the program to kickstart your morning and get you ready to take on the day!
GEAR REQUIRED: Gloves and Handwraps
